THE FILTON FOUR WERE SACRIFICED

The trial of the Filton Four was a farce. They weren’t tried as terrorists but Judge Johnson decided they were. The jury were not told that he had ruled that there was a terrorist connection. His ruling wasn’t revealed until sentencing. The jury did not convict them as terrorists.

The restrictions Johnson imposed in this trial were draconian. A lawyer who had specialised in dealing with cases involving the intelligence services and the MoD, he was clearly used to taking instructions.

The purpose of making a terrorist connection at the trial of the Filton Four was to smooth the path for the Court of Appeal to reverse the High Court’s ruling that to proscribe Palestine Action was unlawful, which it duly did on Monday.

Are we really expected to believe that there was no collusion? That this wasn’t a carefully choreographed set up? Let’s be clear, this government is guilty of complicity in genocide. It’s determined to crush any organisation or individual who exposes its wrongdoing. In so doing it has attracted more attention not less. There really isn’t much this government gets right, is there?

The Filton Four will no doubt appeal their sentences but following the Appeal Court’s ruling on Palestine Action, their chances of success look slim.

By striking the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, one of the greatest holy sites of Christianity, Putin has forever put his name on the list of history’s worst barbarians.

He should be damned for centuries. And he will lose this war.

From the Horde in the 13th century to the Nazis and Bolsheviks in the 20th century, Kyiv’s sacred monasteries have suffered numerous barbarically attacks.

Now we are dealing with Russian terrorists who have already outmatched ISIS in their crimes against cultural heritage. Only Russian scum who have nothing sacred can deliberately damage the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, a unique UNESCO heritage site under special protection.

We will be urgently initiating all relevant procedures within UNESCO and all other international mechanisms, demanding immediate and adequate responses to this state barbarism.

We expect strong reactions by international institutions and capitals. No vague words, silence, or weak steps. We need action now to stop Russian barbarism.

Donald Trump acaba de firmar un acuerdo de paz con Irán donde se cumplen todas las pretensiones iraníes:

-Se liberan los activos congelados de Irán.
-Se levanta el bloqueo naval de Estados Unidos.
-Israel se retira y abandona completamente el Líbano.
-Estados Unidos compensa económicamente a Teherán por los daños.
-Estados Unidos baja la cabeza y acepta que no va a poder remover el gobierno de los Ayatollahs.

Todo para que el régimen iraní reabra el estrecho de Ormuz que estaba abierto antes de que empiece la guerra. Trump perdió decenas de hombres, aviones, vehículos, radares, drones y millones de dólares. Esta es una de las peores catástrofes militares en décadas para Estados Unidos.
