สำหรับชั้น ถ้าศิลปินไม่ problematic จนเกินไป เช่นทำผิดเรื่องศีลธรรม นอกใจ ตีเมีย ที่มันเกินกว่าจะให้อภัยได้ ก็จะพึ่งระลึกเสมอว่าศิลปินทุกคนก็เป็นมนุษย์อะ ถ้ามันไม่ร้ายแรงจนเกินไป บางอย่างฟีดแบคโดยใช้คำพูดดีดีได้ ไม่จำเป็นต้องสั่งสอนหรือทำตัวเป็นคุณครูไปซะทุกเรื่อง บางอย่างถ้าปล่อยผ่านได้ก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องมาเก็บให้เป็นตะกอนใจจนติ่งแบบไม่มีความสุข ในมุมหนึ่งเราเป็นที่พึ่งทางใจของกันและกัน แต่สุดท้ายในมุมหนึ่งเราก็ต่างเป็นคนแปลกหน้าต่อกัน ไม่ใช่คนสนิท ดังนั้น คำพูด การปฏิบัติ มันควรจะ respect ต่อกันอยู่เสมอในฐานะคนที่ไม่รู้จักกันอะ ถ้าวันไหนเค้าทำไม่ถูกใจก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องด่าทอให้ล้มกันไปข้างเหมือนคนเกลียดกัน แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ว่ารักมากเกิน คาดหวังมากเกินไปจนเผลอทำร้ายเค้าเหมือนกัน
