Car selling question:
My dad is living in a nursing home and I need to sell his car as it’s an asset and he’s been approved for medicaid(Medicare/I’ve got no idea) and they pay for the majority of his bill.
The car is in good working order but it was last registered in Virginia (‘24). It’s been in Pa since I brought him here in Jan(‘25). It’s not legal and not inspected nor do I personally have the funds to do it.
Can I just sell as is?
Do I have to make it legal first or register it in Pa?
They keep asking if I’ve sold it but I just don’t know how to proceed. It’s just chilling in a driveway not being touched. I’m definitely not trying to take advantage of the situation but I’m truly at a loss.
@DWeezyDawn1@EastTNMama That’s awesome and sweet of you to help others out. :))
I’ve lived here almost a year and still haven’t quite figured out a system 😂. And in that tiny space, it definitely needs one! lol
@DWeezyDawn1@EastTNMama I feel the struggle of the apartment life! 😂
The microwave and my pantry are technically in the living room, as is the dining room lololol
I think of your story often.
Despite it all, you’ve always maintained that God is still good. I get caught up sometimes in anxiousness and worry for my children, and then I pause and I promise you I reflect back to following you and Amanda and your journey with Gus. And I have to remind myself that EVEN IF any of the worst things happen—He is STILL good. Y’all’s faith and resilience have been and still are encouraging to me. Thank you for continuing to share. I pray that Gus’s life will continue to reach those who need to hear his story. And that you and Amanda are able to continue to glorify the Lord throughout your pain. HIS light shines through you both.
