@MobiKwikSWAT Hi Attached transfer is not paid to merchant but charged to my credit card. No further help from mobikwik & invoice is also not getting generated. Expected immediate reversal of the same.

@Cashify_ I have not received call back from you guys. Closing a thread is the thing that you are doing from past 20 days there is nothing new about it. Serving the customer is a difficult thing rather than closing the thread.

@Cashify_ I have not received any call from your end before collection & you can drop sms saying that I am not reachable. As a non satisfied customer you are suppose to call customer & reschedule the pick up instead of telling customer to call you. Basic sense of customer service.

Absolutely pathetic experience while buying One+TV from amazon. Installation service is complete in mess. TL working for Amazon clearly stating that we can't provide you service & we can cancel your order even without your approval.
