@SkyUK so disappoint sky is not interested in keeping existing customers. A rep told me to cancel my contract and get someone in the house to take out a new one, only way to get a good deal. Why is sky easing everyone’s time. Just offer a good price. Come on do better

@clarksshoes warning to anyone making a purchase from the outlet store. The website is charging shipping when it shouldn’t and the customer has to chase and complain to get it refused. Over an hour it took and then 3 day wait for the funds to come back. Not acceptable.

@Disney_UK noticed on your Disney store website. An item came on Black Friday sale. Out of stock straight away. As soon as offer ended. Re appeared in stock. Sceptical if you really had it on offer. Or just pretended to bring people to the site. Disappoint.

@SkyUK, have I read this correct I phone 15 max 512 gig. 24 month. Which is a 36 month contract is £47 a month so £1692 total payable. And the 12 month which is a 24 month contract is £77 a month and £48 up front so total payable is £1896. Is that correct please? Thank you
