Anyone held l by the wide load on the A34/M40 this morning? The convoy vehicle deliberately blocking lane 2 on the A34 and periodically lane 3 on M40. Amazingly when the convoy caught up something on A34 the wide load fitted in one lane so that it could overtake! @BBCOxford
