I also grew tired of defining large swathes of Terraform HCL every time I wanted a new route, so Conveyor Belt was born.
Everything in your routes.rb gets converted into AWS infrastructure. We use this in production at @stowzilla and have over 600 routes across 10 API Gateways and 13 Lambdas that are used by 3 different frontends.

One of the coolest projects I've worked on while building Stowzilla is Brainiac.
There is something immensely satisfying about assigning a card in Fizzy (Thank you, @37signals!) to an agent and watching the Brainiac agent move it through the columns as it is worked and a PR opened.
Brainiac AI agents have personas from our favorite sci-fi shows and are fun to talk to. We activate them through plugins we made (currently Fizzy, Basecamp, Discord, GitHub, and ZOHO)
Each agent can have a different harness behind it too. Our current go-to is Kiro and Grok, but Brainiac is configurable and can support multiple.
When I joined Stowzilla, @fladamd said we were going to use AWS and be serverless.
