Could you lose weight on it? Yeah.

Heck, most people can’t follow a balanced meal plan consistently for longer than 2 weeks, and then they think carnivore is gonna change that?
Instead of chasing extreme diets, focus on building balanced meals. Prioritize lean protein, include fruits and vegetables.
Don’t let society convince you to fear something that’s been studied for decades. Focus on what actually moves the needle: eating enough protein, prioritizing whole foods, exercising, sleeping well, and staying consistent.
Those things are more important.
Let’s clear up one of the biggest nutrition myths on the internet.
Diet soda, water flavorings, and artificial sweeteners are not the health villains people make them out to be.
Decades of research have shown that they’re safe, and those that consume them are better hydrated.
So if a zero calorie drink helps you stay hydrated, satisfy a sweet craving, or avoid a full sugar soda, it can be a really useful tool.
Remember, it’s not about finding the ‘perfect’ food or drink, it’s about making choices that help you stay consistent with your goals.
Ask yourself: Does this food help me hit my protein goal? Does it have fiber? Is it nutrient-dense?
Organic is by no means a shortcut to being healthy.
Don’t let the label fool you, look at the nutrition, not just the marketing.
Just because a food is organic doesn’t automatically mean it’s healthy.
Organic simply refers to how the food was grown or produced. It doesn’t tell you how much protein, fiber, sugar, or calories it contains.
However, let’s not pretend that both organic and conventional produce sold in the U.S. are well below regulatory safety limits when residues are detected.
So if your goal is losing fat, building muscle, or improving your health, focus on the basics first.
