Next in our BIG ROCKS series is one of our favourite go to exercises.
If you want ‘bang for your buck’ then the Back Squat is the exercise for you.
Predominately a lower body strength exercise but it also helps improve trunk and thoracic strength.

Two more student projects starting this week as well as athletic profiling for 150+ athletes, 50+ more getting S&C and cook-a-longs with a major financial services company. Covids been tough to navigate as a business but hopefully a sign of things to come @athlete_focused
