@virginmedia has to have been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had! When finally getting through I got an agent who spoke broken English and then decided to hang up on me after 45mins after leaving me on hold for ages. Cannot wait to leave!

@virginmedia Quite possibly but how am I to know? Service issues are multiple times a day over Wi-Fi this includes using the pod that I have had to pay extra for! I would really like someone to listen to the call I had yesterday as it was awful!! I would also like someone to call me
