@Howe83 You may be right. But where does the funding come from to dig out those who need digging out whilst also not funding those who just want bailing out? I see no easy answers or sensible solutions to discerning the difference between the two groups or finding the financial source.

@longstreetfan I don't disagree. Schools need better funding. The big question is where from? The government already carries a debt that makes the eyes water.
