It makes me wonder how one of the CEO's at @LloydsBank got to where they are as I sent an email saying
"not a complaint " yet hours later l get a confirmation saying my complaint was received? I guess reading is a weak point at the top
@grok , removed you from my devices as no longer needed and as your vid gen was the best until it got paywalled it made you useless and the other vid gens apps are rubbish then I couldn’t do what I needed
Anyone that don’t care I’ll probably be walking into traffic head on whenever I decide as my head is totally doing me in just like my family is, can’t deal with it anymore

@eonenergyuk No good contacting eon as I’m receiving someone elses letters and your team are refusing to answer emails , nothing is getting resolved quickly so this is turning is a data breach if you know what I mean
@LloydsBank Also if it takes upto 6 months just to get an account t back due to the lack of bank service the Lloyds are just wanting corporate greed for their houses and fancy cars then it’s just wrong to disrespect the customers you have
@LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me
@LloydsBank No I won’t as I know you can’t do anything in fact I’m waiting for the ceo to return my email but that won’t happen will it as they rather pass it to some poor customer support person so they don’t have to face the burden of the customer themselves ,I regret the day I joined LB
@LloydsBank Also the complaint management likes to put customers as the wrong doer and the complaint manager gets a reward for ignoring issues that they have caused? one of my cases should of taken a few weeks and not months this is speaking with experience
@LloydsBank What and wait 8 weeks and then find out it’s been voided this is why I’m leaving you, as complaints take too long to process and cause people to get stressed and then get metal health issues because the complaint department don’t care 1 bit about customers
@LloydsBank Like I said one day a week is not enough and as you have some customers who can’t get online and have no idea about your hub, is why you should have banks in the first place if you actually respected those who can’t get online or travel far away your bank will be used
@Shammoz@4Olivea@LloydsBank No banks near me at all as Lloyds have got a measly 1 day hub at my library which is no good for people who don’t have online banking which makes it impossible if they don’t know about it , I guess it corporate greed and disrespect with Lloyds and their related banks
