@British_Airways We arrived in Miami on the 17th Dec minus our 3 pieces of luggage it is now in Miami International airport, we are back in Port for about 10 hours tomorrow on the ‘Virgin Voyages ‘Scarlet lady’ do the right thing and get our luggage to us! Who do we call?
