@British_Airways Thanks Linda. I’ve already been there. It gives exemptions for within the UK but only mentions Business Travel with regards to outbound air travel. Who polices this at the airport, is it the airline’s check-in staff?

@British_Airways I've a flight booked for today that was cancelled on 15th March, I want a refund, the website only offers vouchers which I don't want. The telephone line says select 1 for refunds & every time just hangs up the call when you select it. How do I get a refund?
