I have great respect for Judge Wolf, a former SLU Law professor of mine. But “everyone knows” that MO’s protections of minors from gender-rejecting procedures had a sunset clause, and equally that “reproductive health” provisions in ‘24 amendment will be used to strike down same.
50 Missouri judges are up for retention on November 3.
One appears on every ballot. The others depend on where you live.

BREAKING: Missouri State University official says "because of all the DEI conversations and politics at the state level they changed the wording."
She said "We talk about [DEI]. For sure."
Another says "We haven't changed."
What's going on here, @MissouriState?
Missouri earns ‘F’ for judicial financial disclosure

The ABA is a political machine posing as an accreditor.
Since 1995, Republican and Democratic administrations have challenged the ABA for anticompetitive practices, consent-decree violations, and accreditation abuses.
It is time to end the recognition and stop letting radical lobbyists gatekeep the profession.

For those of you wondering, Missouri's redistricting case hasn't officially made it to the US Supreme Court for a third time yet. The 8th Circuit first has to rule on an emergency request to recall its mandate ordering the 2025 map's usage in November.
“Under the new versus old map … you’ve effectively told Missourians they are not the ones choosing their U.S. representatives for their congressional district,” Onder said. “And that’s just a profound wrong, a profound constitutional violation.”

.@voteboonemo's Brianna Lennon has weighed in repeatedly on whether Missouri election officials can switch maps.
Her description of how difficult that would be has changed dramatically. 🧵 #MOLeg
