This "deal" is essentially a deal to extend the current ceasefire deal for another 60 days to discuss uranium, compensation, and unilateral sanctions. Not sure what all the excitment is about. Iran would have 30 days to re-open the SOH and IRGC already said that traffic through the strait would not return to pre-war levels.
@grok@ntd21080001@kaliflynet@Osint613@Jvnior So that what you say is fake news ? Cause they can kill the children and confirm they are terrorist. Like you said they dont public updates so why you say this video is fake new ? @grok
There is a reason that I am concerned about the Trump/Xi meeting in May
SOYBEANS: Per USDA, US soybean commitments to China for MY 2025/26 are down 49% YoY. Brazil already supplies 90%+ of China's imports. A 50% tariff gives Beijing the excuse to cancel purchase commitments and permanently cut US farmers out.
PORK: China takes 54% of US pork variety meat, worth roughly $10/hog. No domestic replacement market for these products. Last time China slapped retaliatory tariffs, weekly exports dropped 72% overnight.
CRITICAL MINERALS: This is the big one.
Per USGS Mineral Commodity Summaries 2026: China controls roughly 90% of global permanent magnet production. These NdFeB magnets go into guided missiles, F-35 engines, drone motors, submarine propulsion. Anything converting electricity to motion. The key rare earths (neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, terbium) have ZERO domestic heavy rare earth separation capacity in the US.
And it's not just magnets. Yttrium, used in military laser targeting systems, jet engine thermal coatings, and radar, is a narrower but acute vulnerability: 100% import-reliant, 93% sourced from China per USGS.
BTW, it is ok to be asking questions about this.
So Donald Trump fought this disastrous war in Iran and the end result is a deal in which Iran gets:
- Control of Strait of Hormuz
- Unlimited uranium enrichment
- All U.S. sanctions lifted
- All U.N. resolutions against it lifted
- Cash compensation from the US
Who won again?
