@Ravisutanjani Paytm is overrated. I had paytm business for my business purpose. They don't answer calls, they don't respond, chatbots are useless. I had issues with soundbox and some amount was blocked without a reason. I cancelled paytm business and migrated to phonepe. No issue till now.
