@chrisfahey .@GinnyRedish's _Letting Go of the Words_ is a great resource for designing online experiences as one would a conversation. After that, I'd say cozy up to some semantic HTML (though that alone can only get you to "correct," not "meaningful")

@namedgraph Good question, @namedgraph — funny enough, the full diagram actually _does_ have something in that space (it's a structured content design workflow element — https://t.co/6FbmzTTFxc). That said, it's all iterative, so another resident for that space could be found!
