My visa debit card has stopped working today for seemingly no reason. Unable to make chip+pin payments, unable to use ATM and unable to use online. My partner has the exact issue. Is there a known issue with this? Thanks!

@talktoBOI After working through the unclear maze of automated menus, I was on hold for 20+ minutes then disconnected. I understand heavy workload but this is unacceptable for a bank.
To be clear, the Twitter team is always responsive and helpful, it's everything else that doesnt work...

@talktoBOI I did not receive the usual "to complete your purchase..." message. The card is also being decline in-store. It's as if there's a blocker on the card or something.

Couldnt confirm 100% what the error was in store, but the error I receive on Revolut, for example, is "Your bank declined the transaction". I have money to cover the purchase in account, plus 365 and money transfer works fine. Issue is w/ card.
