My scooty’s PMS motor failed. You promised 12 days for repair—it’s been 1 month and still no update. Neither your service center nor customer care knows anything.

Customer care = copy-paste replies. Mails = Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V. Zero ownership. Meanwhile, this scooty was my only commute for work, and your negligence is ruining my daily life.

@tarunsmehta instead of flexing at ACD events with “pothole detecting scooters” and “cool helmets,” maybe start with basics: fix scooters on time & give real updates. Apple wannabe vibes won’t work when your product & service are broken.
