We did the brand account primary ownership transfer at approx. 6:07 pm CDT, Wed., June 7. However, the YouTube channel disappeared around 10 am, Sat. June 3 when the previous owner (who is still on the account) tried to change his email and phone number.

Any update on this? The channel was opened 14 years ago and has hundreds of videos on it. He says he went in to remove his cell phone from the account he was running the channel with and the channel disappeared.
