🗳️ Scottish Election 2026 – #TacticalVoting Guide to DEFEAT SNP & Greens (7 May 2026).

DON'T NOT VOTE OR SPOIL YOUR VOTE! Your Pro-UK vote is essential to stop the SNP/Green rot! If turnout is low or there is a high proportion of spoiled votes, we lose, and the SNP win.

Constituency ballot (1st vote):

Vote for the best-placed Pro-UK candidate (Labour/Con/Lib Dem/Reform) to beat SNP/Greens List below. IMO If it's close, dump LibDem due to ACH's Trans stance

Regional list ballot (2nd vote – ALL 8 regions):

Vote Scottish Conservatives (recommended for the strongest Pro-UK outcome). You might not like this option, but tactically it is sound.

Key principles:

If you can't bring yourself to vote for a 'particular Pro-UK party/candidate,' then vote the next best-placed Pro-UK option to hopefully flip seats. To be brutally honest, we have to dump party loyalty to dump the SNP, I have done it before and will do it again if required.
ANY Pro-UK list vote helps deny SNP/Green MSPs,
tactical voting works – it flipped seats in the Scottish vote 2021 & UK in 2024 & will do so again in this election.

Bottom line: Without tactical voting, the SNP will likely be the largest party/majority. With it, you CAN flip seats & block SNP outright win or Green coalition.

To repeat, other pro-UK list votes (Labour/Lib Dem/Con/Reform) also help if you REALLY can't bring yourself to vote for a specific Pro-UK party, but bear in mind, YOU weaken tactical voting and might hand the SNP the victory, and they will then have been screwing you over for a quarter of a century if they win!

Without tactical voting, the SNP is likely going to be the largest party/majority or in an SNP/Green coalition AGAON!
With Tactical Voting you can flip their seats & block any SNP/Green coalition.
Other Pro-UK list/regional votes (Labour/Lib Dem/Reform) help if you are unable to vote for Pro-UK Conservatives on the regional vote, but that does weaken tactical voting. Whatever your views, vote Pro-UK regardless, NEVER vote SNP or Greens.
