@Tesco Clubcard is 634004 0279 2089 3703. I spend £43,000 per year. I have been checked 7/8 times on self scan out of the last 10 and every time ok. Appreciate you need to make checks but this frequency is ridiculous & inconvenient. At point of shopping elsewhere! Is this normal

@parcelforce I was supposed to receive a delivery yesterday. Tracking said invalid pin @3.59. We were in all day. Supposed to be redelivered today but no sign of it. Can’t speak to anyone either. Can someone advise please and provide some customer service?

@Morrisons I have tried private channels and nothing changed with no reasons to why so this is public. Can you share the ranging policy for click and collect ? If it is to max profit margin over customer choice pls just say. I see no other logic why I can’t buy a normal cucumber etc??

@Morrisons You’re losing a customer spending £500 a week because you won’t open a till in your Newtown branch before 9am. Do you expect me to self scan £100 shopping daily? What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? Is this local decision to save money or a corporate policy?

@Morrisons Thank you. It is not to do with opening times though. The store is open but the management won’t open a till and say I must use self service ? Could you please clarify if this is company policy - surely this is simple to confirm either way ?
