@Jopo_dr And one things trials do often show is what we think we know from data extrapolation or what “should work” physiologically is often proved not to be the case.
#CCR22#Rephilltrial pregnancy is a common exclusion criteria, it is often understandable, but not always. Does a reflexive exclusion cause harm, are we denuding the evidence base to inform and improve treatment decisions during pregnancy.
@Jopo_dr Agree concern of comparative physiology & educational understanding. Some of these intervention used daily for pregnant women outside of trials, and we don’t know if that difference in physiology will respond favourably or adversely. We will have to treat on data extrapolation
