@TicketmasterCS hi, I have 2 tickets to a Beyonce show which I paid £120 each for. I've noticed better seats are available for around £70. Am I able to exchange these tickets for the cheaper tickets, or am I able to exchange the 2x£120 (£240) seats for 3x£70 seats (£210)?
