@virginmedia You're already aware of the fault because he was in dialogue with you, however you've decided he's not worth helping now because he will be leaving, that's shocking customer service
@virginmedia I find your business practice absolutely abhorrent, my 75 year old father is a customer of over 20years, whilst trying to secure a new deal for him, prices have increased to nearly double what he paid last year and with less channels within the package.
@virginmedia Yes I'm well aware of that, however he is having problems with the broadband connection, which you should be fixing as he is still your customer for another month. Otherwise if he is getting an inferior product, he shouldn't be paying full price
@virginmedia He wasn't looking to change the package, their has been a fault identified with the broadband, so he's now paying his final bloated month contract for a product that isn't working but you won't help because he's leaving in a months time
@virginmedia I completely understand that but there's such a thing as discretion and common sense, also to then say you can't help his current situation because he is leaving, is shocking, he's still your customer
Broadband quality, met this morning by an email stating that due to his contract now going to be discontinued, you can't help him with these issues. EXCELLENT customer service or in other words, disgraceful
Contacted yourselves 2 days after his renewal date, so of course when I've requested you disconnect him, you reward his loyalty by charging the inflated rate that he has never paid for his final month. And just to round things off, he complained within the past week of poor
