@Alamo Can you fix your Skip the Counter system? As soon as I press to add payment method it shows this error, I did try live chat and customer service email (enterprise holdings) and they basically said "tough, use the counter".....

@secretlabchairs Your couriers in the UK are USELESS, they KEEP failing delivery without even trying, my Son's chair for his Birthday is now not going to be delivered and all your support can do is raise a ticket which could take 2 business days to process...

@SunPass_FDOT I have a SunPass PRO which I want to create an account in advance for, but it will only be used for rental vehicles. I'm from the UK so don't have a vehicle license plate to provide when creating an account. Can you help?

@VirginAtlantic can points be used to upgrade only one leg of a journey? I'm looking at buying some extra points to be able to upgrade the outbound flight on our booking (family of 4) to upper class, but only the outbound leg, not the return?

@SammualM Yes, definately worth it. Make sure you add your member number to your flight booking, it will be ignored for the outbound but will then ensure you have TSAPre on your boarding card for your return. Looking forward to using ours again in Nov when we fly out yo Miami.

@LaurenSeabrook_ In the UK we get them in boxes of 7, also made in China Either ordered online, collected from a pharmacy, or collected from a collection centre. Have been FOC since they started providing them and you record the results online.

@MartinSLewis Igloo, thankfully I was tranferring to fixed British Gas just before they went bust, the transfer took a bit longer to happen and it took a long time for the credit refund from the company who took over Igloo but it all happened. Survey completed 🤓
