Itโs hard to overstate what a game-changer Opportunity Zones 2.0 will be. With the program being permanent, a huge wave of new investors, financial advisors, and real estate professionals will enter the OZ arena, injecting new energy and capital into the program for DECADES to come.

I commend the Senate for ensuring the permanency of Opportunity Zones.
But... (and it's a big but)... OZ investment may dry up over the next 18 months.
