I came, I saw, I conquered
I started running at 5:00am and didn't stop for 31 hours.
100 miles and 15,500 in elevation gain later, the job is done.
So many learnings from it, but I just wanted to say thank you for the love yesterday
There are now two kinds of self storage operators:
1. Those who wait on a vendor roadmap for features changes and updates.
2. Those who describe what they need and run it in the same day.
The difference isn't AI.
Everyone has AI.
The difference is whether your system of record was built to be built on.
This entire framework in self storage property management software is about to collapse.
Operators are forced to run their business on software product built by a vendor.
Want a new feature? Email a request to the vendor.
Vendor won't built it? Maybe theres another product i can plug into the FMS to wire around it.
In storage this is especially painful because the workflows and processes are the secret sauce.
The vendors that win from here will enable operators to build their own apps, workflows and processes without constraint in natural language.
Features ship as you describe them.
You are only constrained by what you can describe.

@SMB_Attorney just as important, keep all of the individual doors in your house closed at night.
ensures that if there is a fire, it will spread much slower
