Works best with a well established brand that's built lots of mental availability, is distinctive, and you bring it closer to look more like competitors. π

@virginmedia why are you trying to charge me Β£40 for your failure to pick up your equipment on the agreed date? I raised a complaint and the reference just came up "****", you masked the reference number so I can't reference it in future comms?
Why aren't info systems better/more dynamic at airports? Currently front row seat of airport staff having to repeat same reason for delay to every person who comes to gate desk. Some sort of message display screen or info system that people can hear properly in the first place?
