@currys extremely disappointed in your response to dealing with an early delivery to assist with a medical emergency. Poor communication, poor customer service. Goods paid for upfront, goods in stock but “computer say no” to delivery early.
@currys@currys you have fallen into the trap of being run by systems, computers and processes and forgotten that your customers are actually humans. What on earth has happened to customer service since the pandemic. You and many other big businesses have abandoned your customer base.

@DuncanBannatyne TF. They introduced a raft of “policies” which sounded great behind someone desk but in reality we’re anti-family. My favourite was all non swimmers had to wear arm bands, even if child was with a parent in the pool teaching them to swim!!! About 4 years ago, haven’t been back.
