Tips for clinical practice :

Instead of purely focusing on labels,
consider all 3 diagnoses within the context of

1. Trauma
2. Attachment disruptions
3. Intergenerational trauma

and its impact on neurobiology, psychosocial- cultural domains

Irrespective of the Diagnostic label consider the following domains in evaluation:

1. Emotional Dysregulation

2. Cognitive Symptoms ( Frontostriatal system)

3. Somatic Symptoms

4. Belief systems

5. Hypervigilance / Hyperarousal

6. Avoidance ( psychosocial impact )

7. Re-Experiencing symptoms

8. Interpersonal Relations

9. HPA axis and medical comorbidities
