@virginmedia Yes and after 28 days I got an email saying sorry and it will be left open if I’m not satisfied, which clearly im not. No problem I call customer services in the morning. Am@I able to request copies of my account notes and request copies of the telephone conversations

@virginmedia Still no phone line since 2nd Dec and took until the 18th Dec to get broadband. Oh and I have been overcharged so far by £115 so far which I have paid !!! Any thoughts on how we can resolve this ???

@virginmedia how many more times are you going to let me down. From a simple home install on the 2nd Dec 2020, overcharged by £116 on my bill and no engineer arrived on 14th Jan even though confirmed on text and assured on phone last Sunday. Come on sort it out please..........

2020 I lost an untold amount of work for my 2 small businesses. I got made redundant from my full time job. I manage to continue my radio career with a great local community station going from strength to strength, and now 2021 with a couple of new projects. Exciting times ahead

@virginmedia Apparently 4 - 7pm Friday but don’t be offended when I say I won’t hold my breath. Should have started a new job on the 7th Dec and had to put it off as work from home and need broadband. Another mo th of no money after being made redundant...... hey ho

@virginmedia So eventually I get a reply from the text telling me no engineer has been booked even though I have a recording of your advisor telling me that they had. Would someone like to call me to explain this continuing catastrophically poor service and sort it out please

@virginmedia so wait 13 days for the 4 hour response text service and when it’s clear they can’t help me or even advise if my engineer that has been booked for 12 days is coming tomorrow they stop replying. Seriously how are U still in business
