@Michael_Nania@jetsxfactor You seem desperate for clicks. Trades for big-time players only make sense when a team is on cusp of a Super Bowl and missing one key piece. Teams like the Rams. Not Jets. Your premise is not just “unlikely” — but truly implausible. Absurd piece. You’re better than this.
@Tre7teen@RGT_85 Yeah well those Knicks “adjustments” seem to be outplaying the Spurs “adjustments”. By a lot. No one off the Spurs bench has had the impact of Shamet or Robinson.
@cdionfan56@Connor_J_Hughes@SNYtv Also he spent most of his career kicking in Atlanta’s dome, or on the road in the Saints dome, in Carolina or Tampa. Kicking in the Northeast in windy, chilly conditions in November and December is much tougher. I doubt that Koo is up to that challenge.
Knicks 130-93 Cavaliers. Another total beat down. Wonder if Atkinson is claiming the Cavs also “won” this one according to his analytics. https://t.co/lZCkia3xPi
@Masterflip_ Yes. Let’s also give the highly paid Mets players a hug and a participation trophy, … just like in tee ball. Cmon now. …. They deserve to be booed. Loudly. By booing, knowledgeable Mets are telling them “this crappy play is unacceptable!”
@SNYtv Eyes don’t lie. Mark Vientos is simply not very good at baseball. He had one good half-season. Otherwise he’s been a below average hitter and defender. Time to say goodbye and make room on the roster for someone who can contribute more.
@jorgecastillo Well at least we won’t have to tolerate Diaz letting base runners run wild. When he walked the first batter, he wouldn’t bother to hold the runner. At all. That was exasperating. Wait til Dodgers fans realize that.
@DWAZ73 It’s early but he looked very good. FWIW, Fields got his team all the way to the NCAA title game before losing to Bama. So he has some talent and knows how to win. (By contrast, Zach Wilson’s best win was over W. Michigan in the Potato Bowl. Oh and he had a great Pro Day.)
@just_mets His fastball was not beating anyone while he was on the Cards. Velocity, but no movement. He was getting knocked around. Stearns thought that was an aberration — it was not.
@just_mets Never. He seems to focus on trying to walk, not driving the ball. For someone who is supposed to be master of the strike zone, he has too many called third strikes this year
@WardyNYM@TheWardyNYM Seattle also is doing very poorly with RISP, but they have better pitching than the Mets so they can better overcome that deficiency.
@richmacleod The biggest culprit is earning $765 million. He’s a completely different batter with RISP. Time for Soto to snap out of his RISP funk. Mets aren’t paying him to hit only with bases empty.
