@GAMEHelps how unacceptable that a courier should throw a 10kg box over a gate, denting the item and damaging the contents and now @GAMEHelps won’t issue a replacement until they have received the damaged item back meaning my son will most likely not have his gift for Christmas.

@McDonaldsUK what is wrong with your app? We ordered food and what arrived was not what we ordered, the app had changed the order without us knowing and charged a different amount to what the items were that were delivered. Complicated, please DM me to sort this issue out.

How to make someone with allergies very ill or worse…@McDonaldsUK when someone specifically requests that an ingredient be excluded from their food, it is absolutely imperative that the ingredient in question is excluded, especially when the packaging says that it is.
