I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that.
Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
@robbohuyton massive element is fitness @robbohuyton, so many players look leggy as game wears on & can’t get to the ball. Feels like they struggle to 1) press the ball, win it & keep it and 2) make good decisions in key moments. Experienced players & new ones alike making mad decisions.
@LetsTalk_FPL Would love to see a free hit team for GW16 Andy and whether you think there is a better week before the chips roll over?
Obvious caveat that it depends on your team
@peter_bolster Feels mad that could be the case when he could have just dropped Konate, Salah must feel like there are liabilities everywhere and he’s been hung out to dry. But it’s disappointing he didn’t say anything when in the team and playing poorly to gee everyone up rather this grenade.
@Benjanijohnson Half time team talk should involve making them hitch hike along the M62 home unless they sharpen up. No showers, still in full kit and boots.
@YGTRory@yourgolftravel Really want to try Terras, to be brand new and already be that highly rated is impressive. Obidos was brilliant TBF, they had just played a challeng lw tour event and the greens were like nothing I’ve ever played.
@RobGutmann@empireofthekop He’s the reason as a boy from the South I support Liverpool. Watched him play once, wanted the shirt never looked back. Would be made for today’s game as well.
@robbohuyton As always spot on, glad to know your son is ok and hope his friends can recover from their injuries. The unity of the city as well as the football has always been part of my pride about Living down in London and supporting Liverpool.
@johngibbonsblog We loved him because he was emotional, not rational. I think he saw someone who means a lot to him and decided to defend him. I think he misjudged the tone though, he stoked the defiance in the city so he can’t now be against it.
