@TUIUK I have done this and was told by the manager there is nothing they can do now we have to try and sort it ourselves at the airport!

We will never use @TUIUK ever again for holidays absolutely appalling customer service especially the Rochdale store who have checked us in for our holiday and thought it was appropriate to sit us all separate nowhere near each other on the plane leaving a 12 year old on his own.

@TUIUK I think you seem to be missing the point here, we were never ever told about pre booking seats. We went into the Rochdale store to check in and the manager just went ahead and assigned seats without giving us any chance to upgrade. At any point we would have upgraded if we could

@TUIUK We were never offered the chance to pre book seats, we would have been more than happy to do this.. my 12 year old son is 15 rows in front on his own and the rest are scattered around the plane there was never any attempt made to put us close together!

Didn't even explain this before going ahead and completing it just printed tickets out as though this is normal. No apologies, no option to upgrade to pre booked seat throughout all our dealings with them, just told to sort it out ourselves at the airport. Disgusting!

@WrenKitchens a kitchen fitted by wrenkitchens is probably the worst mistake I ever made 12 weeks in and I have to live with a unfinished kitchen that was fitted incorrectly by approved fitters..12 weeks to receive parts from @AEG_Global for a dishwasher fitted incorrectly.. joke

@jay8mahony Schools have closed... So in your learned opinion how many of these schools will actually be closed?
In my limited knowledge these schools will be operating atleast 50% attendance due to supporting key workers.. 🤔
