Okay gang, it’s time to move onto our fourth and final dram of the night: @WhiskyWorksLtd Whisky Maker’s Special – 55.8%. What does this one dish up and deliver on the nose? #WhiskyWorks
A combination of bold spirit and exploration of wood types and the flavour potential. We've barely scratched the surface of what is possible.
Bold Biscuity Brioche.
Candied pineapple & anise.
Key lime pie.
Belter.

Right #DramFam It’s time to move onto our third drop of dramspankage: @WhiskyWorksLtd Whisky Maker’s Special 18 Year Old – 46.8%. What nasal niceties can you pick up? #WhiskyWorks
On the nose of the @WhiskyWorksLtd whisky maker's special I'm finding iodine, sticking plaster, butter icing, paprika. A very eclectic mix... #Whiskyworks
The nose is a real surprise! Really creosote-like. I like the smell of creosote but am struggling to find rum influence. Fascinating. There’s a bit of autumn leaf litter behind it but the creosote is dominating #WhiskyWorks@TheWhiskyWire
Invergordon 89' -Grain whisky and influence of rum are a match made in heaven.
W&M take great pride in building partnerships.
It helps that our rum partners are very good at making rum - a very friendly distillery too.

@LeaskPatrick Agreed the skill required to balance flavour in a blended malts is insane. @WhiskyGreggs brain explodes and all that comes out is great whisky.
