Is there anyone doing inclusivity consulting for people putting on conferences or other events? I know this at least used to be a thing and I trust it still is, but all my Googling is just turning up corporate DEI consultants (i.e. law firms just trying to 'manage risk' 🙄)

@ventriclemouse Lots of people, and not necessarily who you’d expect or deserve it, make six figures in their e-mail jobs in tech and finance. My impression is that it’s very rare in other industries.
