@Autoglass Since 16 December, we’ve driven over 320 miles trying to get a windscreen replaced. Three separate appointments in Carlisle and Kendal, only to be told each time, “Sorry, we don’t have your windscreen.” A complete waste of time and utterly incompetent service.

@northernassist I don't care about delay pay or a refund I just want to go a week without having to drive round Cumbria. Just do your job and have trains that run on time and don't get cancelled it's really not that difficult

@northernassist Yes and there is a bus replacement service from Corkickle to Whitehaven but the train was cancelled from Whitehaven to Workington so I had to drive him to Workington

@northernassist The 6:47 from Seascale to Carlisle was cancelled so I had to drive him to Workington. Then on the way home the 17:07 from Carlisle to Seascale was terminated at Workington leaving my autistic son to sit for 40mins in the cold so he could get the next train to Whitehaven

@northernassist My son travels from Seascale to Carlisle everyday and every day there is at least one cancelled train. Meaning I'm making 2 hour round journeys to pick him up. Costing me time and money that I will never get back.
