@europebarguide Sinclair’s Oyster Bar is a famous old Sam Smith’s pub in Manchester. Last popped in before Christmas and it was only £4.80 fo a pint of stout which is for me probably the cheapest pint of stout in town. Curious to know what the Cheshire Cheese prices were like.

Used to be some graffiti in the 80’s on one of the bridges at Oxford Road station Mcr that originally said
“Scousers hate Mancs”
This was then modified to something like
“Scousers are Mancky”

Everton have played 6.
Man United played 4.
Liverpool and Newcastle (both in Champions league) 1.
Don’t think City or Arsenal have played any.
Dare say in previous seasons when we’ve been in Europe we’ve not had many so swings n roundabouts?!

@AndyMitten As an extreme let’s say the premier league is played over 38 weeks. 38 Monday matches (when I suspect there are less).
20 teams so being fair to every team that’s say 2 Monday night matches each.

@AndyMitten Absolute joke with no consideration for the fans. Monday night matches affects not only those who have to travel (from both steams) but local businesses such as hotels, pubs, cafes etc with lost revenue. Impossible for anyone to plan ahead. @andyburnhamgm @georgegalloway
