@ViessmannUK After an earlier visit was booked as a service rather than a repair visit (in a two week old appliance) AND my own request to ensure the part required was brought, was ignored. I feel that an unqualified, inexperienced customer has a better handle on this than your technical team

@ViessmannUK following your engineer visit on Friday, to resolve one fault, my 5 week old combo boiler is now constantly cycling between CH & DHW every ~7 mins looking like comfort mode is on steroids. The earliest you can get an engineer out is 3.5 weeks?! Please can you sort!!
