@JL_Chapman @dancase83 Still makes no sense. Offensive holding is a 10 yard penalty, normally from the line of scrimmage. Putting the ball at the spot of the foul if it was committed beyond the line of scrimmage and repeating the down would be a reward, not a penalty.
