Those of us who returned, our lives changed forever.
36 years is a long time, but to many of us who were there, it feels like yesterday.
Our thoughts firstly go out to the 97 who didn't come home, to those we've lost over the years and to all their families.
To all survivors, today will be hard. Tomorrow is a new beginning. We gain strength and support from each other and keep moving forward.
