@virginmedia Still no connection it’s been 24hrs now and your customer services won’t book me an appointment till Tuesday.. so that’s a days pay lost for me as I can’t work from home with no broadband...
@virginmedia I have had no broadband all day and it’s been rubbish over the last 4 weeks. I am sick of this now your customer service teams just rob me off one actually told me if I’m not happy to just leave!!! I will be now thanks for the last 4 years.
@JDhelpteam one of my orders should have been delivered today but it still hasn’t even been dispatched and your phone system just cuts me off!! This is the first time I’ve ordered online from you not impressed..
