(1/10) Who funds the Fabian Society, and which politicians publicly declare membership?
I’ve examined 2026 funding disclosures, project acknowledgements and ministerial declarations, alongside earlier accounts.
Here’s what the records establish, and what remains unanswered.
Shortly after our Fabian documentary went viral we’ve lost our TikTok and both our Instagram accounts. Close to 100k followers and millions of views per month wiped out on the same day with no chance to appeal.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to @elonmusk for providing the last true hope for freedom of speech in the UK. People have no idea how important this platform is until they try to push back against the narrative in this country. We will not be silenced. 🇬🇧
🚨Right… WHILE YOU WERE DISTRACTED… look what Whitehall rolled out today. (Shhh, this is why they hate me.)
The Government calls it “rewiring the state.” What it really means is taking more control away from you.
The MSM reported that Burnham had scrapped digital ID. That’s a lie, as I told you.
He scrapped ONE proposed national scheme. The digital identity back office has not gone anywhere.
Digital identity, Government Digital Services, telecoms, media, online safety and Whitehall’s “misinformation and disinformation” operations are now being brought together under one expanded department.
So the machine controlling your digital identity, access to government services, online speech … and now how PUBLIC OPINION is interpreted, is being consolidated and automated.
They haven’t abandoned the infrastructure. Oh no… They are centralising it.
Exactly as planned. You really should read my book!
A timely reminder that Andy Burnham used to refer to Theresa May as an “unelected PM” after she was crowned leader.
We should refer to Andy as an unelected PM from next Monday.
The crime they see: 15,415 litres of water to produce one kilogram of beef. Every campaign, every documentary, every leaflet through the door since about 2012.
The crime they do: not reading the paper.
The figure is real. It comes from Mekonnen and Hoekstra at the University of Twente, and it is careful, peer-reviewed work. What the campaigns strip out is that the same authors split that number into three parts, because the three parts are not the same thing at all.
Green water is rain. It falls on the grass. The cow eats the grass. For beef, green water is about 94 per cent of that headline.
Blue water is the stuff that matters. Rivers, lakes, aquifers. The stuff that gets pumped, metered, fought over in court, and does not come back.
So here is the blue water, in litres per kilogram, from the same authors, same method, same units.
- Pistachios: 7,602
- Almonds: 3,816
- Walnuts: 2,451
- Dates: 1,250
- Cashews: 921
- Beef: 550
Read that last line again, then go and look at what is in your granola.
The 15,415 counts rain that fell on a Welsh hillside as a cost, against an animal that was standing in it, on land where nothing else grows, in a country where rain is the one thing we have never once been short of.
The pistachio is drinking fourteen times more of the water that actually runs out.
She is outside in the rain right now, getting blamed for it.
Ahh, so it's THIS vessel. This is ARISTA (9348493). She is Comoros-flagged (as far as being "foreign" goes) but is part of Iran's Shamkhani network. ARISTA has been under US OFAC sanctions since last summer. She's actually been stuck in this same spot since mid-March 2026; at 27.12845, 56.46221; north of Hormuz Island, Iran.
Moderators have removed a lot of comments on Andy Burnham's "Ask Me Anything" Reddit thread.
So it’s not "Ask Me Anything.” It’s Ask Me An Easy Censored Question.
A glimpse of what’s to come.
Let’s nail this state lie once and for all. The government is NOT increasing defence spending by £270 billion during this parliament. It is a ludicrous claim.
Yet one Keir Starmer made to Parliament’s Liaison Committee in March: Labour, he said, will “spend £270 billion MORE (my emphasis) than we would otherwise have done on defence” in this Parliament.
Starmer has always been weak on facts and figures but even by his standards this is a massive porkie.
This is the truth: £270 billion is the total cumulative projected defence spending for the four financial years from 2025/26 up to and including 2028/29 lumped together.
It is NOT even the cumulative increase in defence spending during these years.
Nobody (except perhaps Gordon Brown) speaks about public spending in this way, unless the intention is massively to mislead.
By 28/29 defence spending is projected to be £13 billion a year more than at the start of the period. So not exactly £270 billion. But I guess if you’re going to lie you might as well make it a whopper.
This is a lie. Gas in Britain currently costs 124.46p per therm. In the USA it currently costs 25p per therm.
Electricity prices are not "set by global gas rates" because THERE ARE NO GLOBAL GAS RATES. Labour are just lying to you because they think you're too stupid to check it yourself.
My jaw is hurting from utter *cringe* that Andy Burnham rang the press for a "photo op" while jogging
Fucking games gone...
Mate, we're supposed to detest and mock you AFTER you become PM, not before 😆
Basically what people must conclude from this HMRC decision, if it indeed is an HMRC decision, is that if you're confused about how much tax to pay, you shouldn't seek professional advice. You should just pay the lowest amount and hope that it all works out OK, knowing that if it doesn't then you won't have to pay any penalty.
I submitted my tax return to HMRC one day late.
I was fined £100. And I didn't even owe them any tax!
Angela Rayner tried to avoid paying £40,000 stamp duty for nearly a year and could have been fined £8,000 by the HMRC after she recently coughed up the money, (shortly after being gifted £50,000 from a refrigeration company for 'Office Expenses').
She wasn't fined a single penny. No fine. No penalty. No comeback whatsoever.
Is it any wonder that us little folk are getting so pissed off with these freeloading, opportunistic, money grabbing, holier than thou, two faced charlatans?
Putting to one side the shenanigans over who is going to be in #10, the King’s Speech includes a striking number of proposals damaging to the UK economy & society.
Five of the worst examples:
...
Agree with the contents or not, this is outstanding from the Tories - explicitly setting out a swathe of laws they would repeal, and new laws they would pass, if in power.
A clear determination to avoid Starmer's mistake of arriving in No. 10 without even the glimmer of a plan.
We are about to have our seventh prime minister in a decade. Has Britain become the new Italy? What is going on?
The truth is that we are in denial about what we have done to our economy. We have become poorer through excessive taxation, spending, borrowing, regulation and money-printing. But we don’t like to admit it.
A recent survey by @IEALondon found that we think of ourselves as a wealthy country, comparable to Singapore or Switzerland. In fact, Singaporeans and Swiss are roughly twice as rich as us, and we are about to be overtaken by Poland and Slovenia.
How did it happen? There is no mystery. Under Tony Blair, the state was spending one pound in three; now it is closer to one in two.
We say we want growth, but we don’t want it if it means cutting welfare, allowing more private healthcare, reducing taxes for entrepreneurs, liberalising employment law, raising the state pension age, sacking government employees, admitting skilled immigrants, ending the triple lock or allowing new houses near us. In other words, we don’t really want growth at all.
Rather that acknowledging that contradiction, we blame our politicians. But as long as we make it politically impossible to cut spending (see the attached story as just the most recent example, one of a hundred I might have picked), we condemn ourselves to penury.
It will carry on until we have leaders prepared to deliver growth, as opposed to intoning the word. And that will happen only when we accept that we were living beyond our means even before the lockdown, that we have become utterly bloated since and that, like an obese person who wants to become fit, we face some short-term pain.
