@virginmedia Why am I constantly having to contact multiple teams? Every team, like you, just pass the responsibility to another team, which results in me wasting my time on the phone or twitter. What is the point of it being investigated, when the engineer has already identified the problem?

@virginmedia What would the point of that be? I've already spoke to the sales team who say virgin is available in my street. I've already spoke to the tech team who don't understand. I've already had engineers come out to tell me what the problem is...

@virginmedia Nah you're alright, I've already spent enough time on hold or talikng to people who don't understand, and we've already had 2 engineers out to tell us what the issue is and had nothing done, despite them both apparently reporting it to the relevant departments. I'll stick with BT

@virginmedia My street has only recently had virgin installed. Both engineers said the whole street was not fully set up though and needed further work, with one of them stating that it may be fixed the same day. The service status checker states the street is fine though, which is ridiculous
