None existant customer service, now being told it could be 3 more days before they look at the loss adjuster report!! Always delay tactics and ceiling will fall down very soon!!

I'd just like to say how terrible this company is-nearly 3 weeks down the line & our claim is still going on, our ceiling is falling down, we keep getting fobbed off with "it will take 5 days before we can look at it"!! Terrible customer service by the way.

Hi, my first covid vaccination is tomorrow, once the 2nd vaccination has been given, does this mean I won't need a covid test when travelling with Etihad?
