i agree with this but also i feel like the books more at risk of dissapearing first are not the ones in bookstores, more like the ones almost no one are reading, forgotten books in thriftstores that are out of print and don't have that many copies left and that makes me sad
i used to be against buying hundreds of books at once just for the sake of having them bc it was very consumeristic BUT NOW?? after the news that theyโre destroying books to train ai?? buy all the books. matter of fact buy more copies of the same book idc, we need physical copies

cr Bad man by dathan auerbach and one important object for the plot is this machine called the baler but i can't understand how it works, so this important plot point came up and i'm SO LOST bruh. how did we get to this point. i'm so not feeling the tension :p
