#OnThisDay 10th of August 2003:
There was absolutely nothing charitable about how the players played in the Charity Shield.
Manchester United and Arsenal players kicked the shit out of each other for 90 minutes 👊
This is what happened at Kent County Council a couple of weeks ago. The Reform administration insisted that the meeting should end with the national anthem, and so opposition Cllrs obliged by insisting that they sing every verse 😂 In the end they got pissed off and cut the feed.
What a player. Only saw him once in the flesh at OT in a friendly when we were banned from Europe on a pitch like a building site. He didn't need to do much because they battered us
Here’s Franco Baresi, at 34 years old and just three weeks after knee surgery, repelling everything Brazil throw at him in the 1994 World Cup Final.
Football has lost a master of his craft. A true defensive titan.

“Demographically replaced” what you actually mean is over decades a community has formed in a place where white people decided they didn’t want to live anymore. Namely lots of inner cities areas that were abandoned by those with mobility for the suburbs while the people that you demonise, worked, created business and raised families and built communities and were left to their own devices until guess what oh the white people want to live in these areas again.
I'll tell you what else is "Suspicious Activity" - selling tickets at hospitality prices, but without the hospitality.
You may have seen Virgin Experience Days selling United tickets without hospitality, which is permitted under the Official Reseller contract.
How is a £500 package for two basic £45/55 East Stand tickets with zero food or drink perks "100% official"?
Follow the money to see who is actually profiting off fans:
- Manchester United: Instead of putting these seats in the general ballot at £45–£60 face value, the club sells bulk blocks to commercial brokers at inflated contract rates (£150–£200+ per seat).
The club makes 3x–5x more per seat while stripping general allocation from real fans.
- Wholesale Brokers: Middlemen buy these commercial allocations from the club, slap on a 20–30% margin, and distribute them to retail platforms.
- Retail Platforms (e.g. Virgin Experience Days): They list the seats, process the transaction, and pocket a 15–25% retail commission.
The result? A match-going supporter pays £250 per seat for a basic £45/60 ticket.
Business after business makes money, whilst the club will threaten Season Ticket Holders with bans for transferring a ticket to a friend at cost, while quietly offloading thousands of standard seats to corporate brokers to make millions on the side. Absolute double standard.

“Just one more thing, Mr. Farage. If you think that the image Zack Polanski reposted was so dangerous, why did you share it with your 2.3 million followers?”
Never let Farage forget when Starmer cooked him after he refused to condemn a Reform council member sharing a death threat, stating that the Labour MP, Natalie Fleet, 'should be shot.'
Starmer also called out Farage for being endorsed by Tommy Robinson.
Now, this is interesting 👇
Away tickets are subject to a £30 price cap, so you'd expect the home club (Utd) to be furious about this profiteering, right? After all, we keep hearing how they're dead against touting
Yet not a word's been said 🤔

The absolute peak of Test cricket crowd culture right here. 😭Throwback to the 2015 Ashes at Lord’s when this unsuspecting fan completely missed her seat and went down. It was funny enough on its own, but the big screen operators decided to broadcast it on repeat and even put it in slow-motion!😂
Joe Root couldn't keep a straight face to bowl, David Warner was cracking up at the non-striker’s end, and Chris Rogers had to step away because he was giggling.🤣
This looks more like "suspicious activity" to me than someone logging in to their mate's account to pay for their season ticket on their mate's behalf because he gets his credit card loyalty points or something along those lines...
The A40 joke. This was just a silly joke I’d make in the car but it eventually became a bit. This was in my first special and tour years ago. My new tour Gary on Laughing is happening now.
idk why but i find it so funny that the euro banknotes featured FICTIONAL bridges so as to not cause conflict between member states but then a dutch town decided to just build all of the bridges to claim them??!?
